His culinary skills are influenced by traditional Japanese food culture, showing a deep heritage and elegant aesthetics, as well as innovative thinking and passion for cooking, bringing guests a unique culinary experience.

Opened \"Yongjia Luyu\" in Shanghai in November 2016 as chef and manager.
In May 2018, moved to Shanghai Mall and opened \"Nanjing Road Sashimi\".
In September 2020, founded Shanghai Xiaoji Catering Management Co.
In March 2022, opened \"Sashimi\" kaiseki restaurant, \"Fukusushi\" sushi restaurant and \"Miyako\" pigeon roast restaurant in Shanghai Wutong area (Hengfu style area). Became general manager of three restaurants and executive chef of \"Sassami\".
September 2024: Plans to open a kaiseki and sushi restaurant in Hiroo, Tokyo.
